Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for leading the implementation and operational launch of new hybrid ER & Urgent Care facilities across hospital and non-hospital partner organizations. Manages the coordination and execution of multiple concurrent facility implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and operationally ready for go-live.

Collaborates with Intuitive Health operations leaders, hospital partners, clinical stakeholders, and vendors to ensure key project milestones, operational readiness requirements, and timelines are achieved. This role supports the successful launch, stabilization, and early optimization of newly opened sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages multiple concurrent facility implementations to ensure projects remain on time and in scope
  • Leads operational readiness planning and implementation for new ER & Urgent Care site launches
  • Particularly focused on scaling and growth (e.g., implementation of new site locations including system implementation, operational readiness, optimization/stabilization of new sites and internal Intuitive initiatives)
  • Partners with operations, clinical leadership, and hospital stakeholders to ensure readiness across workflows, staffing models, equipment selection and clinical and billing systems prior to go-live
  • Guides the partner through the change management that comes with implementing something a hospital has never done before. Responsible for creating and maintaining partner buy in
  • Supports Director of Project Management, VP Operations & Integrations and other executive team members
  • Drives continuous process improvements in the implementation process, developing new tools, templates and guides that help us better execute with our partners in ways that align with Intuitive Health best practices
  • Provides regular communication and support to internal and external stakeholders during project initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of financial objectives and key deliverables
  • Identifies operational risks during implementation and escalates issues to ensure successful launch and stabilization
  • Supports post-launch stabilization and optimization of newly opened sites

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to learn, understand and ultimately present all core elements of the Intuitive model to partner subject matter experts
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Nursing, English, Liberal Arts, Communication, Business, Healthcare Administration, or other fields are acceptable)
  • PMP (PMI certified project manager) preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or project management
  • Experience in an integration of implementation role strongly preferred
  • Experience in hospitals, particularly Emergency Departments, strongly preferred
  • Collaborative and able to build relationships and trust
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience working with a project management tool a plus
  • Ability to solve problems and be solution orientated
  • Ability to hold team accountable to hitting deadlines
  • Influencing, negotiation, and ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management experience including directing and leading multiple projects concurrently
  • Knowledgeable in defining approach and resource requirements for projects
  • Experienced in organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and time management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting healthcare facility launches or operational implementations
  • Experience working with health system partners
  • Background in Emergency Department or hospital service line operations
  • Experience supporting operational readiness or go-live planning

TRAVEL

Ability to travel 10% for site implementations, partner meetings, and go-live support.
